3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 (3.4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding mix (not sugar-free)
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, and sugars. Add the pudding mix and beat until blended. Stir in the eggs, vanilla & baking soda and mix well. Blend in the flour. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10-11 minutes or until edges are slightly brown. Cool on cookie sheet for a few minutes, then remove to cooling rack.
Number Of Servings: 3 dozen
Preparation Time: 10 minutes + 40 minutes to bake.
