So, after a little worry about cooking the perfect turkey, Thanksgiving was a success! We hosted Dan's family who lives in Arizona, for a total of 16. Dan helped me cook the big bird (my secret is to cook it upside-down, in an oven bag) and Dan's parents brought a second turkey that they smoked to split up for leftovers! Yum! Everyone went home with plenty for a few meals for the weekend. Anyone else excited to decorate for Christmas now?

Hey, that's exactly how I cooked my Turkey! Hope it was as much fun as we had (wil a little stress added in there I might add).
