I think LDS General Conference should always be on Easter Sunday! I can't think of a better way to celebrate Christ's resurrection than to hear the prophet speak and to enjoy Conference. It was also nice to have a relaxing breakfast, to do the Easter basket hunt and gorge ourselves on chocolate.....There, I said it!
Sunday afternoon we had Ken over for Easter dinner: Honeybaked ham, twice-baked potatoes, green beans, Lion House rolls and homemade eclairs. Yum!
After dinner, Ken & Dan hid 50 eggs all over our back yard and the kids had another egg hunt. It was a really nice holiday!
